Establish and Maintain Department Contracts for Materials, Services, and Rentals:

Define the scope of work and ensure vendor compliance for services and rentals in line with operational requirements. Use engineering and operational expertise to develop scopes based on specifications and historical consumption.
Develop a clear material contract plan by consolidating requirements across all units, optimizing the quality and quantity of consumable materials and contracts.
Create TRFs in accordance with SOSCO processes and monitor their status.
Act as the focal point for technical evaluations, coordinating with the Contracts and Supply Chain departments to fulfill business needs related to materials, rentals, and service contracts.
Conduct Complex Research and Analysis:

Analyze financial MIS data when required by the Director or Operations Managers.
Use gathered data to respond effectively to inquiries and requests.
Prepare, distribute, and forward relevant reports and documents within the specified timeframe.
Execute and Monitor Financial Aspects of the Department:

Assess historical data and budget figures to create well-researched future plans for revenue and cost budgets across all units.
Collaborate with the drilling superintendent to plan, request approval for, and assist with implementing the CAPEX plan.
Assist in building detailed P&L forecasts for new contract opportunities.
Manage Technical Projects:

Apply engineering skills to monitor and provide solutions for department projects, including continuous improvement initiatives, CAT IV (major maintenance) projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementation.
Act as a Business Partner:

Serve as the focal point for coordinating meetings and day-to-day involvement with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director and Operations Managers.
Maintain department KPIs, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
Team and Process Management:

Managed quality control and led all drilling engineers in achieving their KPIs and meeting department objectives.
Oversee billing performance, filing, and audit processes.
Review and monitor reports, including UTD, MIS, Well KPIs, and dashboard status.

الشروط
1. Training Period:
o The training period will be three months.
o Trainees will receive hands-on training and mentorship throughout this period.
2. Stipend/Compensation:
o Trainees will receive a monthly stipend of 150 OMR to cover basic expenses during the training period.
o No additional benefits such as bonuses, health insurance, or paid leave will be provided during the training period unless otherwise specified.
3. Working Hours:
o The trainee is expected to adhere to standard working hours from 8 am to 4 pm, 5 days per week.
o Flexibility in hours may be permitted based on the nature of the training and tasks assigned.
4. Duties and Responsibilities:
o Trainees will be assigned tasks and projects relevant to their field of study or interest.
o Trainees are expected to complete assigned tasks within deadlines and seek guidance as needed.
o Any work performed during the training period is the intellectual property of the company.
5. Performance Evaluation:
o The trainee’s performance will be regularly evaluated by their assigned supervisor or mentor.
o Constructive feedback will be provided, and trainees are encouraged to seek clarification or assistance when needed.
6. Confidentiality:
o Trainees must maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information they are exposed to during the training period.
o A confidentiality agreement may need to be signed at the start of the training.
7. Termination:
o The company reserves the right to terminate the trainee's engagement at any time, with or without cause.
o The trainee may also choose to terminate the agreement, provided 7 days notice is given.
8. Certificate of Completion:
o Upon successful completion of the training period, a certificate of completion may be issued by the company.
9. Non-Employment Clause:
o This training period does not constitute an employment relationship with the company, and there is no guarantee of employment after the training concludes.
10. Code of Conduct:
o Trainees are expected to adhere to the company's code of conduct and ethics policies.
o Professional behavior and punctuality are required throughout the training period.
